Getting back to it

A quick post today as I haven’t posted for a while. Last week I didn’t train at all. No real excuses – I had the time, I just didn’t prioritise it. And I didn’t swim either.

So today I cleaned the flat, went and bought lots of fruit and veg, did all my washing and planned when I’d train and when I’d swim this week and I’m going to try and stick to it. So here I am trying to be accountable by posting it here.

Interesting email today from Freeletics too. They’re about to launch a completely rebuilt app based around five key values. Look forward to seeing how it works.

I started doing freeletics about 3 months ago and found your blog in the process of googling different reviews of the app, coach and pretty much everything else about freeletics. I read most of your posts the same day and I really like your blog. So I guess this is just a heads up and an encouragement for you to post more often. πŸ™‚ I’m also thinking about writing about my workouts, I think it would motivate me in a way and maybe it would also be easier to keep track of my progress. My 3-month subscription will soon run out, but I think I will buy the coach for the whole year next time. I guess it’s still pretty cheap, compared to any gym or bootcamp membership. I’m trying to do a freeletics workout 4 times a week, but I usually end up with 3 and some longer walks outside over the weekend.
Well, that’s all I had to say. Looking forward to reading your next post.
